Recent Cases
We have acted in a multi-million-pound family firm dispute involving stalemate between the shareholders. We worked strategically and robustly navigating the delicate balance amongst the parties to work towards settlement.
We represented a leaving director who was accused of breaching his duties to his former employer by transferring company clients to a new entity. Despite the bitterness between the parties a settlement was reached avoiding recourse to Court.
We have acted on a long running multi-faceted claim involving a group of companies with a bitter dispute between the parties. We fought the proceedings carefully choosing the battles and implacably pushed ahead with the claim to achieve success.
