Thomas Hulme LLB (Hons), LLM
Principal Solicitor
Thomas is a solicitor admitted in 2010 and called to the Bar in 2006. He completed his LLB (Hons) at the University of Sussex in 1999, his BVC at the Inns of Court School of Law in 2002 and his LLM at the University of Manchester in 2006....
He cross qualified with Farleys Solicitors in Manchester and worked as a consultant solicitor in London. He set up Aly & Hulme Associates with Sheila Aly in 2016.
With over two decades of legal experience, the vast majority of this work has been and continues to be litigation. Thomas has spent thousands of days attending hearings representing his clients as well as negotiations and conducting all aspects of case work.
Having undertaken thousands of cases and dealt with a broad range of matters, Thomas is frequently instructed to resolve factually complicated, complex disputes. His cases involve commercial, civil and property litigation as well as family law matters. Commonly, Thomas acts to protect individuals and businesses from maladministration by regulators and other authorities. He has an impressively high success rate and pursues cases rigorously to achieve the right outcome for his clients.
Rana Tandon LLB (Hons)

Adnan Malik

Having completed his LPC at BPP Law School in 2019 Adnan continued to enhance his knowledge with the completion of the AI and Law course in 2023 at Lund University. Adnan is a well-known and experienced data breach and class action litigator. His work in this field has been widely reported in the national and legal press. He is leading the Capita and MOD/Afghan national data breach actions as well as a class action for data misuse against tech giants Google and Microsoft.
He has previously negotiated a seven-figure settlement in a data breach case. In previous roles Adnan has run hundreds of immigration cases as well as gaining extensive practical knowledge in matters of financial mis-selling, family law and general civil litigation.
Sheila Aly LLB (Hons)

Sheila works as a consultant to Abbleys and has her own busy direct-access practice. As a founding partner in Aly & Hulme Associates, she is a CEDR-accredited commercial mediator and mediation trainer, ADR Group-accredited family mediator and PMR-accredited workplace mediator.
Sheila has vast experience as an advocate in a broad range of matters. She has acted on a number of high-profile cases on a direct access basis where her cases have been featured in major newspapers, Channel 4 and the BBC.
Renowned for her experience in employment and sex discrimination work, Sheila’s current practice focuses on employment and family matters.
Kamyar Teymourpour B.A, LLB, LLM

In addition, Kamyar has a long-standing background as a professional Farsi and Dari translator and interpreter, working with courts, solicitors, the Home Office, police, prisons, and national charities, which enhances his ability to support vulnerable and non-English-speaking clients effectively.
Currently holds a Diploma in Immigration and Nationality Law and enhanced DBS certificate, Kamyar combines strong regulatory awareness with practical, client-focused experience. Having conducted international legal advisory work, law firm casework, and specialist roles supporting homeless and destitute asylum seekers, Kamyar consistently demonstrates a well-rounded understanding of immigration law and related social welfare issues.
